Do you know how to be saved?

Are you saved? If you were to die today, would you go to heaven?

Salvation is the recognition of your position relative to God, the need for redemption and reconciliation to Him, and faith in the method God chose to offer that salvation to you. It is not simply believing, but through faith, recognizing that you are a sinner and believing in your heart that Christ was crucified and that God raised Him from the dead, and with Him, you also, to everlasting life.

Everyone, without exception, needs salvation

10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one (Romans 3:10)

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)

Jesus died to bring that salvation

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

Salvation is a gift from God

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

We are saved by grace

And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. (Romans 11:6)

We are saved through faith

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)

God saves all who call on Him

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)

If you have not called upon the name of the Lord, please do it today!
